As we enter 2025, the Community Church is thrilled to embrace the theme: “Deepening Our Roots in Christ,” inspired by Colossians 2:6-7, which states, “Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.” This scripture emphasizes the importance of being firmly rooted in Christ to thrive spiritually.

This year, we will focus on strengthening our faith through a deeper understanding of Scripture and fostering relationships within our church community. By encouraging fellowship and support, we can grow together in our spiritual journeys. Additionally, we aim to cultivate spiritual practices such as prayer and service to deepen our connection with Christ

Walking in Him means living our faith authentically, pursuing holiness, and sharing the Gospel with others. As we reflect on these verses, we are reminded to be established in our faith and to abound in thanksgiving for God’s goodness.
